THEME: HARVEST MOON

This annual event is Eastrose’s largest fundraiser. takes a lot of planning, communication, and team work.

On our next auction planning call Wednesday, October 21. We started selling tickets October 4: this past Sunday! Cash, checks and credit card transactions are now available.

Elements:
      Good food
      Good music

Possible Auction Items:
      Games
      Parties
      Meals
      Offer a service like cleaning, gardening, driving
      Share a talent by teaching others
      Offer some art work or special items.

Kick-off and Planning
October 21 – Video Call #6
October 14 – Video Call #5: We’ve extended the donation deadline to October 25. and updated the donation form. We will be able to sell tickets via credit cards starting this Sunday, October 18. Merchant donation forms also available.

October 2 – Video Call #4 We’ll discuss distribution of flyers, posters, mailings to members, etc.
