Eastrose is debuting a new service format titled Spiritual Touchstones on the fourth Sunday of every month. September’s topic will be Transformation.
Spiritual Touchstones is a new service format at Eastrose featured on the fourth Sunday of every month. It’s a quieter, more intimate gathering. It includes opening words, chalice lighting, a reading, and a Story for All Ages. The congregation will then form into three groups and meet in different rooms to discuss several questions lead by facilitator-members. We rejoin in the chapel to pass the basket, sing our gratitude song, extinguish the chalice, and say the benediction.
No musicians will be present: we will sing a cappella.
This service is in-person only. Video services are not provided.
As always, there will be coffee afterward!!
