All hands are welcome at our Outdoor Work Parties! We clean outdoors, build things, trim landscaping, rake leaves, spread wood chips, and much more. Come join us!! Larry A will coordinate our next clean up day: Saturday, June 20 from 9am to noon.
As people power allows we will complete the following:
- Trimming bushes and shrubs
- Invasive plants management
- Grounds cleanup
- Weeding and clipping
Larry will have a list of landscaping needs from which you can pick or, if there is some landscape work you think really needs tending to, you can do your own project. Eastrose has two curbside bins for clippings.
Suggested personal items to bring: Gloves, sun hat, sunscreen, water, knee protectors
Tools that would be useful: Pruners, loppers, weed diggers, shovel, rake, electric weed-eater, electric hedge trimmer, electric blower
